NBA Game Watch

Maybe it's the Sport management minor in me but Chicago is kicking ass and they better. I don't care what anyone says, Miami is, and will always be, a horrible team. I had so much respect for Alan when he was with the Celtics. But when he moved with the heat, that was it for me. He didn't believe in the Celtics could win a championship. Because if he did, he wouldn't have left with the heat...a team who had won a championship before...a team who was going to pay him LESS than Boston was. He's a sellout. The end.

Creativity Process 3: Kate Lummus

Here are a few facts about Kate.

Christmas time!

Still on my study break. Isn't my tree wonderful? So this year we changed the color of ornaments at the very last minute. We had initially bought a sea theme set of ornaments for our tree but my mom and I realized that we were neglecting the whole. "Winter feel" so we changed it to classical colors like red and gold.

Study Break

Because we have a million things to get done, we decided to have a study break and take pics. :) classic.

A Better Advertising World.

"I wanted to change the world. But I have found that the only thing one can be sure of changing is oneself".

-Aldous Huxley

I love this quote. I am always so worried that I haven't figured out my purpose in life. I hope I can change the world with better Advertising and erase the negative criticism that Advertising has gained because of bad ads.

Superwoman

I wanted to change the world. But I have found that the only thing one can be sure of changing is oneself.

Multitasking in Sports Law

Finals are coming!

Final Project.

I decided to draw my final project. I consider myself the worst at drawing, I suck! But during my last days of being alive (since I knew I was gonna be gone pretty soon) I decided to draw something I normally wouldn't do. Why a tree? Why the colors?

I decided to draw a tree for a couple reasons. A tree represents nature, paradise and calamity. I wanted to leave this drawing as a reminder that I am in a better state in life; I'm in heaven, a paradise that there isn't any suffering or wickedness. Although my leaves have fallen (because of my illness) I leave a mark of hope and reassurance. My spirit will live on forever with the joyful memories my loved ones have. Just like a tree, I remain a strong presence and reminder of how amazing God truly is.

I choose to use gel pens, sharpies, and color pencils to illustrated my drawing. With a little help of editing in my computer I made the picture seem alive and full with color, just how trees look when it's autumn. I wanted to remind my loved ones that death isn't always a tragic thing. Instead, I wanted them to see my death as beautiful takeaway. My life was in God's hands and he decided it was time for me to stay with him forever.

Celebration of lights

Celebration of lights was so much fun this year! I enjoyed it with the best smu people: my sorority sister's and sweet cakes. The Christmas lights were amazing, everything looked magical! Here's a pic of me and my man!
